About Our Custom Built Tiny Homes

Tiny Homes are essentially a fully fledged dwelling unit on a small scale and are usually the primary dwelling unit.

Tiny homes vary in size but are normally less than 50 or 60 m² and are normally mobile (on wheels to be towed or on skids to be loaded onto a truck) but can also be built in-situ.

Our Tiny Homes are unique in that they are built on sturdy skids to which a bogey is bolted for road transport. This bogey is removed once the home is in position unless, of course, you wish to purchase it for your own use. When you wish to move your home you give us a shout and we take you to your new location. This saves you the trouble and cost of licensing the home every year.
Our Tiny homes can be designed to fit together even if at a later date to make the home bigger. They can also be stacked on top of each other to create a double storey home. Our tiny homes have decks with optional roofs which all fold away when you wish to move the home.

  • Tiny Homes help you to de-clutter your life.
  • Relocate with ease
  • Live off the grid
  • Tiny living is conducive to being self sufficient
  • Parents can move onto your property and the home can later be sold or used for teenage children to get some independence.
  • There are many psychological benefits* to living in a tiny home
  • Tiny Homes can have on board sewer treatment plants meaning easier municipal approval, especially on properties with septic tanks
  • Being mobile can often negate the need for planning approval – always check with your local council.
